Producing, achieving results, hitting targets, accumulating goals... Often in the artistic world (and in everything else), it seems there is no time to stop and allow for space. But, at the same time, everyone knows that the best recipes are those cooked over a low flame, simmering slowly, without rushing. That is why this year at Festival Z we are adopting the motto A poc a poc i bon teatre (Slowly and good theatre).

We celebrate a qualitative look at creative processes. We focus on the team, the co-responsibility of all the people who make it possible for a show to premiere. In an increasingly hyper-productive and frenetic context, we reclaim a measured pace as a form of resistance. And we also defend that this is a way to make good theatre, a theatre that contributes to the cultural fabric, that allows itself to be accompanied by the network and the environment, that opens doors, and that asks questions.
