The Festival Z is a platform for the accompaniment and promotion of young performing arts projects produced in Catalonia, with a special focus on the productions of artists from Girona and the surrounding area. For a few years, the festival has been consolidating itself as a reference meeting space for professionals in the sector who seek to connect with the <30 scenic creation.

We want to be a stepping stone for young companies, building a bridge between new artists, consolidated professionals from the cultural and the audience. It is for this reason that, in addition to the programming of shows, each year we offer a tour of PRO activities to make the experience for all accredited professionals memorable. Far from organising speed meetings or discussion tables, what we propose is an immersive stay where professionals from all backgrounds, ages and experiences can share a quality space-time, get to know each other and establish links beyond commercial logics.
