Amidst percussion, funky, and hip-hop rhythms, extravagant and colourful characters will take us on a route through the city streets, igniting energy and the desire to move wherever they go. Their journey will end at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/placa-dels-jurats\/\">Pla\u00e7a dels Jurats<\/a>, where, at 8:00 PM, <\/span><b>Bewis de la Rosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will offer us a good dose of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/rap-rural\/\"><b><i>&lt;Rap Rural&gt;<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a vibrant proposal combining live music with elements of dance, physical theatre, and audiovisuals to talk about home and rurality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other festival proposals also use movement and music to speak of what perhaps cannot be said with words alone. This is the case with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/aargh\/\"><b><i>AARGH!<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, by the collective <\/span><b>Mispronounced<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which through humour and dance-theatre explores the scream as a point of tension between conformity and radical freedom. We live in a fast-paced world, yes, but one that also tends toward atomization and individualism. This world is perfectly portrayed, with a raw, personal, and post-humorous gaze, by the writer and stage creator <\/span><b>Eduard Olesti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who is joined by a handful of good friends to bring us <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/shrek-kebabs-i-la-caiguda-de-iugoslavia\/\"><b><i>Shrek, Kebabs i la Caiguda de Iugosl\u00e0via<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a PowerPoint-performance about the end of language. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The communication crisis in a world of darkness is also addressed in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/punt-i-ratlla\/\"><b><i>Punt i Ratlla<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a theatre, clown, and physical proposal still in the creation phase by <\/span><b>Eric Remedios Vicente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Merc\u00e8 Badia P\u00e0mies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A documentary variety show with original music, packed with improvisation and dark humour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, <\/span><b>Dol\u00e7a Alcany\u00eds and Laia Picas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> appeal to citizens&#8217; memories with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/de-lembolic-al-rastre\/\"><b><i>De l\u2019embolic al rastre<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an itinerant community mediation proposal, in the creation phase, that tours the public space as a collective body, developed with local residents. From a more festive and musical perspective, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalz.org\/en\/abans-que-em-mori\/\"><b><i>Abans que em mori (working title)<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, by <\/span><b>Judit M. Gen\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> turns the stage into a town festival street party, using songs from the popular imagination and real testimonies from the elderly, to talk while dancing about memory, old age, and bonds.
