Watch Out For Fake Ticket Selling Sites For Reading And Leeds

The organizers of the 209 Reading and Leeds Music Festival, Festival Republic, have assured music lovers that, at present, there are no tickets available for this years event.

Festival Republic would then therefore like to warn the public to be aware of two unofficial web sites that claim to be able to get music lovers tickets to next summers festival.

They are called www.readingfestival2009.com and www.leedsfestival2009.com.

Organizers would like festival goers to know that the line up of the event as well as where and when tickets will be available are due to be announced in the future.

However, in the meantime, the public are being advised not to buy festival tickets from any unofficial or secondary ticket outlets. Along with or auction sites as they are more than likely not in a position to supply the tickets, and you may not be able to get a refund if they do not arrive.

The Reading and Leeds Festivals are set to take place over the August bank holiday weekend of Friday the 28th, through Saturday the 27th to Sunday the 30th of August 2009.

The Reading Festival will be held at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire.While the Leeds Festival is scheduled to takes place at Bramham Park at Leeds, West Yorkshire.
