This is the big day, at last.

Tickets for one of the hottest, most anticipated music festivals of the year,the fantastic T in The Park came out this morning, at 9am .

Now the rush is on to grab tickets.

You could enjoy the brilliant list of artists that the festival has to offer. They will be playing over the weekend of Friday the 10th to Sunday the 12th of July 2009 at Balado in Scotland.

The line up of artists so far announced includes: The Killers, Blur, Snow Patrol, Kings Of Leon, Elbow, Keane, Razorlight,Franz Ferdinand, The Specials, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds, The Script, Paolo Nutini, Bloc Party,Lily Allen, The Manic Street Preachers, The Streets, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Ting Tings, Katy Perry, Pendulum, Maximo Park, James Morrison, Seasick Steve, Pete Doherty, White Lies, The Game, Ladyhawke, Florence Ad The Machine, Slam, The Gaslight Anthem, Beardyman, Hockey and Silicone Soul among others. With more acts due to be added.

Then you could expect a massive run on tickets to see such a line up.

However, the arena is not open on Thursday.

It is generally accepted that most of the tickets for T in The Park can be found over the net, or by phone.

Although, there is a chance that you could purchase tickets in person. However you could find yourself falling behind.

It has been announced that Tickets Scotland Glasgow & Edinburgh will not be selling nay tickets this year. They may be bought over the counter though from the box office at the SECC in Glasgow and over the counter at Ripping Records In Edinburgh.
