Download Add Manson, ZZ Top And Killswitch Engage

The Download Festival has added to its already impressive line up with the news that three more artists have been confirmed for the event.

The evergreen ZZ Top, shock rocker Marilyn Manson and Kill switch Engage are all set to play. This will be the third time that the Texan, beard wearing (apart from the drummer, John Beard) rock band will be performing at Donington. They played the Monsters of Rock Festival twice in the eighties, in 1983 and 1985 and now they will be back, belting out their classic hits like `Legs` and ‘Gimme All Your Lovin’ . The heavy metal outfit Kill switch Engage are another American band that will make its third appearance at Donington. They will be joined by the dark, and gothic Marilyn Manson. They will be appearing at the seventh annual Download Festival at Donington Park, Castle Donington in Leicester shire, on the weekend of Friday the 12th to Sunday the 14th of June 2009. Alongside previously confirmed artists such as Def Lepperd, The Prodigy, Whitesnake, Slipknot and Limp Bizkit, among others.
