Could Madonna Be Playing Glastonbury?

It has been reported in a national newspaper (The Mirror) that there is a possibility `t `The Material Girl` herself Madonna, may be performing at this summers Glastonbury Music Festival.

It is claimed she hopes that playing in the United Kingdom will be good PR for Madonna in this country. Just in case the public may have turned against her following all of the press surrounding her break up from husband, British film director Guy Ritchie.

He is currently making `Sherlock Holmes` with Robert Downey Jr. Although it may not take the great detective to realize that the rumour is unconfirmed and may not turn out to be true.

Madonna has recently completed her deal with Warner Bros and has no new record about to come out. Therefore, a source, commenting on the suggestion on that she may appear at Glastonbury, has said that ” It is a strange decision….After such a gruelling year, surely it would be better if she relaxed with her family and laid low for a while?”….

…”Then she could come back next year with new material.”

However, the source added that apparently Ms Ciccone “cant bear to be lazing around”.

So we will just have to wait and see what happens.
